Being developed for Bihar Housing Board, on a 17.5 acres land in this small town of Bihar, this project is envisaged as the engine of growth for this locality. The project has a well thought of mix of Residential and Commercial usages and a good mix of High and Low rise built spaces in order to facilitate a fine living for the dwellers and still create maximum revenue generation. Some relatively innovative concepts of a dedicated ecological corridor and undressed green spaces have been devised to create a sustainable environment within and around the complex.
